Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set in various medical areas.

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Assist in wound care, suture removal, and other minor medical procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Perform medical-surgical procedures as needed.
- Provide care in various settings including home community care, infant care, and senior care.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and sonography in patient assessment and treatment.
- Engage in case management to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure.
- Proficiency in medication administration following established protocols.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing and various patient care settings.
- Knowledge of wound care, suture removal, and basic medical procedures.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages from infants to seniors.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
