Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal
- Assist with patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare team members
- Provide compassionate care to patients in various settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics
- Perform procedures including venipuncture, IV insertion, catheter care, and wound care
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records

Requirements:

- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in areas such as dementia care, critical care, home community care, laboratory procedures, and medication administration
- Proficiency in performing venipuncture, IV insertion, catheter care, and other clinical skills
- Familiarity with operating room (OR) protocols and practices
- Previous experience in a Level II Trauma Center is a plus
