Saint Louis, MO - LPN Home Health
13 Weeks - Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
- $43 per hour
- $57 overtime rate
All professions must be proficient with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and used it within the last 6 months. If they have used it outside of the last 6 months they may apply but will be required to take a retraining course during compliance
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in diverse healthcare settings including hospitals, assisted living facilities, and hospice care
- Proficiency in patient care techniques and procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of hospice care practices is a plus
