Weekly Gross: $1353/week
Hourly Blended: $37.61 per hour
Weekly Taxable: $ 504Per Week

REQUIREMENTS:
Note: Need Traveler, 50 Miles Radius
Need Active IL License Required /LPN license
Active AHA BLS & Covid Required
At least 1 year of experience as in LTC
