## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and possess a strong skill set in patient care and treatment.

## Duties
- Provide nursing care within the scope of practice as outlined by state licensing requirements
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform venipuncture and IV infusion procedures
- Conduct triage assessments to determine patient needs and prioritize care
- Assist with catheter care and other medical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care

## Qualifications
- Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in assisted living, geriatrics, hospital medicine, and operating room (OR) settings preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration and knowledge of common medications
- Ability to perform venipuncture and IV infusion techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
