Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Progressive Care Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical specialties such as internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and occupational health.

Duties:
- Provide care for patients requiring intermediate care, utilizing critical thinking and effective communication skills
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform airway management and assist with pain management strategies
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Experience:
- Previous experience in progressive care or related inpatient settings is preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
- Familiarity with dementia care principles
- Ability to work effectively with patients across different age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Knowledge of occupational health practices is a plus
- Experience in collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals

Pay: $2,215.00 per week
