Long Term Acute Care RN (registered nurse)

Must have ICU RN, Step Down RN or Critical Care RN

Must have 1.5-2 years of experience in at least one of these categories

Must have GA or Compact RN License

Pay Rate $50/hr blended rate

$1800/wk gross

3x12 hour shifts (7-7) Day or Night available

13 week contract

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team. The ideal candidate will have experience in internal medicine, behavioral health, patient care, and urgent care. Knowledge of catheterization, Athenahealth, dermal fillers, neonatal ventilators, eClinicalWorks is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Perform procedures such as catheterization when necessary
- Utilize electronic health record systems like Athenahealth and eClinicalWorks
- Assist in urgent care situations
- Knowledge of dermal fillers is beneficial for certain cases

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Proven experience in acute care settings
- Ability to operate neonatal ventilators
- Strong understanding of internal medicine and behavioral health practices
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks is a plus
