Medical Surgical Float Registered Nurse - Norfolk, NE

$63/hr

• Start Date: asap 2 weeks from offer
• Shift Details: 3x12s night shift ; every other weekend
• Contract Length: 13 weeks to start with chance to extend
• Float -M/S/Ortho/TELE/IMCU

RN Requirements:

• NE or compact RN License
• BLS
• 2 years recent RN Medical Surgical experience

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting, utilizing nursing skills and knowledge.
- Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding procedures as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Document patient information accurately in EMR and EHR systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on best practices and regulations in long-term care nursing.
