Genie Healthcare is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN), ICU Near St. Louis, MO
Registered Nurse (RN) 13 Week Contract.
ICU.
Saint Louis MO.
$59.75/hour blended rate. Weekly pay.
12 hour nights. 36 hours/week. Rotating weekends.
1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) ICU experience required.
MO or compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
ASAP start for qualified Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols
- Perform IV insertions and maintain IV lines
- Utilize Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems for documentation
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $59.75 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
