Inviting applications for Sr Manager, Omni Channel PM

Location: Danbury, CT (Hybrid model)

Job details :

Manage omnichannel projects, provide consultation, configure, analyze data, conduct UAT with business and train for new products. Must have experience working in omnichannel environment – Snowflake and CRM knowledge is a plus.

• Project Management - Interact with client stakeholders across IT and business and third party resources to ensure quality, efficient on-time completion of project
• Business Process Analysis - Analyze and validate Omnichannel data. Capture Omnichannel requirements, facilitate solutioning, interface with business etc
• Testing Supporting – Execute training for business and testing teams performing SIT and UAT
• Communication - Communicate status of project with senior associates, managers and client.
• Training – Train business and other stakeholders as needed. Perform other duties as assigned
• Veeva and Snowflake experience is a plus
