About GenScript ProBioGenScript ProBio is the subsidiary of GenScript Biotech Corporation, proactively providing end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. GenScript ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. Job Scope
- Support CEO on strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
- Work with CEO to support Company Level Projects aiming to improve business performance.
- Plan and coordinate with business leaders to build and continuously improve systems, processes and trainings by exploring new initiatives.
- Manage CEO calendar and daily operations, including projects and functions delegated by the CEO
- Streamline business operations and administrative activities.
- Develop, review and improve policies, systems and procedures to ensure the business operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a calendar of ProBio Group events, including annual meetings, training sessions, and policy or procedure updates.
- Coordinate with Finance to assist CEO to effectively manage budget and travel expenses
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in life sciences disciplines or business administration field
- 3 years or more years of experiences with project management, data analysis and budget management are highly preferred.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement and human resources.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, leadership and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and result driven.
