Job Scope:

The Field Application Scientist (FAS) for our Catalogs Products division is a pivotal technical resource, offering expert advice and technical support to our clients across the United States. The role involves an array of responsibilities including product testing, implementation, training, onboarding, and ensuring exceptional service quality to our customers. You will need to quickly master our products/instruments to effectively provide front-line implementation, support, and training to end-users. In addition, you will need to collaborate closely with the sales team to conduct customer demonstrations and assist with product evaluations. FAS will lead and manage project implementations, directly interfacing with leaders at premier pharmaceutical companies and laboratories.
