We are looking for a CalSAWS System Analyst/Project Manager or CalSAWS Implementation Specialist​​​​​​​

• At least 3 years hands-on experience working in the CalSAWS system.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting the implementation of a major automation system project.
• At least 3 years of experience creating training content and delivering end-user and/or Train-the-Trainer training.
• At least 5 years of experience re-engineering business processes and creating BPR documentation.
• Experience with case management and ticketing systems
• Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $88.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
