Your Role As a Gensler Technical Designer, you will collaborate with our design team to develop innovative and creative design solutions throughout all phases of our projects. What You Will Do Contribute to our architectural design process in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production Coordinate architectural design documents with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives Create graphic presentations, 3d models and renderings, and design drawings Research and specify materials, building systems, and products Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or equivalent 3 years of related architectural project experience Proficiency in physical modeling and digital modeling using Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and Revit Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required; especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwell and /or Net Zero Building certification.
