Reputable home care agency is looking for Chinese Speaking Office Assistant who is experienced and reliable, capable of handling general office work and help in completing paperwork, available from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5 pm.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and verifiable references.

In this role you will:

• Assist in filling cases, help in paperwork completion and related tasks
• Enter accurate data into Excel file or other office software if applicable
• Perform various office functions as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Adherence to laws and best practices with regards to dealing with data and paperwork
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and ability to learn fast in operating work-related software
• Proficient in Chinese and English
• Results-driven and patient
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
