Primary Job Function: Our HVAC Estimator is responsible for estimating and selling jobs that include forced air furnace replacement, add-on or replace air conditioning units, humidifiers, and other HVAC systems. Including estimating of repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment in a retail and commercial rooftop setting including the estimating of labor and materials. Position will work with manufacturers and suppliers on parts information, ordering and tracking. Position interacts with the home office, facility managers and property managers that represent our customer base, as well as our field service technicians. Position will be responsible for negotiating the best possible pricing and will oversee HVAC projects. Provide technical support and quoting assistance to in-house technicians.

Work Hours: This is a full time, hourly position. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p. There may be occasional overtime.

This job operates in a temperature-controlled office environment using standard office equipment. While out in the field, the Commercial Estimator may be exposed to weather conditions and be exposed to dusty and confining areas of buildings. Noise levels in the work environment are usually minimal.
