Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Companions. If you have a heart for helping others and enjoy making a difference in people's lives, this role is for you.
Duties:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Engage in activities that promote physical and mental stimulation
- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities or autism in daily tasks
- Support seniors with mobility assistance and light exercise routines
Requirements:
- Experience in home care, senior care, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to provide direct support to individuals with diverse needs
- Proficiency in medication administration and following care plans
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients
- Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training as required
