Overview: Genuine Foods is seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of Genuine Hospitality to develop, implement, and continuously improve our unique approach to hospitality across the organization. This role will be instrumental in creating a culture of exceptional service, training staff, and monitoring the effectiveness of our hospitality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hospitality Philosophy Development:
o Develop a comprehensive hospitality philosophy that aligns with the values and mission of Genuine Foods.
o Create standards and practices that embody this philosophy, ensuring it is reflected in every aspect of our operations.
2. Implementation and Integration:
o Lead the implementation of the hospitality philosophy across all departments and locations.
o Work closely with department heads to ensure consistent application of hospitality standards.
o Integrate the philosophy into training programs, customer interactions, and employee performance metrics.
3. Training and Development:
o Design and deliver training programs that educate staff on the principles and practices of genuine hospitality.
o Conduct workshops, seminars, and ongoing training sessions to reinforce the importance of exceptional service.
o Develop training materials and resources to support continuous learning and development.
4. Continuous Improvement and Monitoring:
o Establish systems to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of hospitality initiatives.
o Gather feedback from customers and employees to identify areas for improvement.
o Implement changes and enhancements based on feedback and performance data.
5. Leadership and Culture Building:
o Foster a culture of genuine hospitality throughout the organization.
o Serve as a role model and mentor, demonstrating exceptional service in all interactions.
o Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
6. Performance Reporting:
o Prepare reports on the effectiveness of hospitality initiatives, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field.
· Proven experience in developing and implementing hospitality standards and practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and inspire staff at all levels.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a culture of exceptional service.
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
· Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in hospitality management.
· Familiarity with customer feedback systems and performance monitoring tools.
