Specifically, we are seeking self-motivatedCustomer Sales Representative to achieve success in a pay forperformance (we offer a base pay plus commission), business tobusiness, outside sales role through growing our current customersand creating new customers by promoting our entire line of productsandservices.

• Drivegrowth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base,sales andprofits
• Promotethe entire line of NAPA products and programs to WholesaleCustomers
• Workwith local Store Manager to develop plans to increase sales andproactively initiate, contact, manage and develop leads on a localbasis
• Identifyspecific needs of customers and align solutions with NAPA'sofferings
• Workwith manufacturer's representatives to improve program offeringsand grow customer knowledge oflines
• Engagecustomers and keep them connected through all of NAPA's eSalesprograms
• Performeducational seminars, clinics and presentations on NAPA productlines andservices
• Maintaincustomer satisfaction and provide strong customer service includingsolving customer problems, complaints and questions in person or bytelephone

Whatyoullneed :

• Priorexperience in a Retail store or outsidesales
• 2 years of experience in a customer focused role and the ability toperform in a quota-drivenenvironment
• Understandand demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for thesales call, managing the customer meeting, handling customerresistance, closing the sale and accountmaintenance
• Capabilityto present information in groupmeetings
