Our client, a $2B real estate firm, is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee property management for a Class A commercial building in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations and on-site personnel.
- Oversee tenant relations to ensure exceptional satisfaction and retention levels.
- Negotiate service contracts and effectively manage vendor relationships to optimize quality and cost efficiency.
- Implement and enforce building policies, procedures, safety protocols, and security measures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure full compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate closely with leasing and marketing teams to attract and retain tenants, actively participating in leasing negotiations.
