Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience with ground-up construction in South Florida managing a project from start to finish. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the completion of projects
• Planning, organizing, scheduling, supervising, and inspecting the work of skilled tradesmen and helpers
• Manage project personel
• Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources, and budget
• Work directly with the development team and field team to ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 8 years of experience
• Ground-up residential experience is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
