Geo Hero is Hiring a Solar Sales Specialist Near Bakersfield, CA

Geo Hero's is a rapidly growing company with the capability to sell/install Solar PV systems in 20 States. We are hyper-focus on transitioning the world to lower it's carbon footprint with an obsession in providing the absolute best customer experience. You will be accompanied by a family of Heroes, who are ultra driven self starters & committed visionaries, on your path to building a lucrative career in Solar & Home Improvement. We are your launch pad to successfully achieve whatever your personal & income goals may be.

DIRECT SALES POSITION:

As a Geo Hero's Sales Rep, you are on the frontlines of lead generation and client acquisition helping homeowners get rid of their expensive dirty power bill, and transitioning them to clean solar energy courtesy of Geo Hero's.

Your primary day-to-day activities include direct homeowner lead generation through cold calling, remote appointment setting, self generation, (if applicable) setting in-home appointments, and closing high-ticket ($20k-$150k) contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use call, email, text, and other various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of leads
  • When possible door-to-door lead generation and appointment setting
  • Represent Geo Hero in an esteemed manner
  • Learn and use our custom CRM and other tools of the job
  • Become a proficient solar professional with an understanding of all aspects of the product
  • Closing deals (Once you are ready. This can take anywhere from a couple of days to months)

PAY:

  • Uncapped commission-based sales (Average sale commission between $5,000-$11,000)
  • Our standard is 4 sales/month.
  • Volume bonuses are available.
  • Six-figure annual income expected but in no way guaranteed
  • 1099-contractor.
