Field Data Analyst 

GeoDecisions is currently seeking applicants interested in joining the field data collection team as a GIS Field Analyst to work in our Valley Forge, PA, Baltimore, MD or Richmond, VA office. The GIS Field Analyst role is specific to GIS Fields projects involving data capture, feature adjustments,overall data quality management. This position will be primarily supporting fieldwork for a 3-month duration. 

• Use your knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS) technology to:

• Capture Field data 
• Quality control data 

• Attend status meetings as required 

Job description 

• 3 months position 
• Field work 4 days a week 
• 10 hours per day 
• Preferably living in Maryland 

The majority of the work will take place in the greater Annapolis area..

• Senior College Student 
• BS in Computer Science, GIS, Geography, Management Information Systems or related field required 
• 0-2 years’ experience working with GIS applications, specifically Esri solutions (ArcMap, Collector, and AGOL is desired) 
• Travel is required
• Must have a valid Driver's License 
• Superior communicator and strong negotiator 
• Must be able work outdoors
