**Description**
The **e-Logistics Lead Development Concierge** will be responsible for bringing new customers to our e-Logistics network. The right person will have a passion for listening to customers needs and teaching them more about what solutions are right for them. Think about being the supply chain expert that will enable your favorite brands that started out of a garage to scale.
**Job Duties** :
Maintains knowledge of all company products to develop and communicate appropriate solutions and understand different buying personas to position and communicate the value of the company and persuade business prospects to learn more
Listens to the customers inquiries to accurately understand their concerns or issues
Empathizes with the customers concerns and identifying solutions quickly
Follows up on warm leads developed through the company website, marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, tradeshow activity, and other methods
Guides customers through the account setup process, and leads them to the customer success team for a successful implementation
Follows through on commitments made to the customer with integrity
Establishes, maintains, and optimizes scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
Analyzes marketing and sales data from Salesforce to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet revenue targets
Drives key business metrics, including leads, MQLs, SQLs, and Opportunities, and tracks and maintains all demand and lead generation activities in Salesforce
Other duties as required and assigned
**Requirements:**
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a marketing, sales, demand generation, or lead generation role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Technology aptitude
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesfoce
Excellent communications skills, positive attitude
Experience working with Business Development teams
Experience working within a Supply Chain or Logistics organization preferred
Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
Ability to quickly learn new information and effectively present it in written and visual forms of communication
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and as a team member
Ability to build excellent working relationships to attain goals
Ability to manage ambiguity and help cross-functional teams to deliver on superior customer experience
Ability to follow the strict brand and visual guidelines
A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
