Geoff McDonald and Associates is seeking an associate attorney to join its expanding practice. The ideal candidate will manage a case portfolio that includes pre-litigation/claims, litigation, trial preparation, and trial (General District Court and Circuit).
Qualified candidates must have a Virginia law license.
The ideal attorney should be compassionate and understanding towards their clients and possess a strong sense of integrity and excellence towards their work. It is essential for the candidate to adhere to the core values of the firm and have the skills to establish long-lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to independently manage a substantial number of files, meet deadlines, develop litigation plans, and carry out discovery procedures while maintaining excellent communication with clients. Previous experience dealing with Virginia Workers' Compensation cases will be a plus. Fluency in Spanish is a major plus!
