Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt, courteous, and effective communication.
- Resolve client issues and complaints with the utmost professionalism and in a timely manner.
- Manage and update client accounts and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with service delivery and work with operations to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our services and processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client service protocols and strategies.
- Provide detailed reports on client interactions and satisfaction to management for strategic planning and quality assurance.
- Facilitate client onboarding and provide ongoing support and training on product or service features.
- High School Diploma
- Customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with prior experience in using Smart Advocate Software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in handling client crises and complaints.
Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and make decisions quickly.
