Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. If you have a passion for client satisfaction and a knack for solving problems, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt, courteous, and effective communication.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints with the utmost professionalism and in a timely manner.
  • Manage and update client accounts and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with service delivery and work with operations to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our services and processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client service protocols and strategies.
  • Provide detailed reports on client interactions and satisfaction to management for strategic planning and quality assurance.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and provide ongoing support and training on product or service features.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Customer service experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with prior experience in using Smart Advocate Software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:Bilingual preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in handling client crises and complaints.
Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and make decisions quickly.
