Job Summary :

The General Maintenance Tech will be responsible for performing general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Performs general grounds maintenance.
• Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facilities.
• Assist with routine maintenance on building systems.
• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
• Advises management of any major needed repairs and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of previous facilities maintenance experience is required.
• Some carpentry, electrical, welding, and plumbing is a plus.
