Geomet is seeking to fill a Maintenance Shop Clerk position.
Summary :
This position provides clerical support for the maintenance and repair department.
- Performs data entry of service orders into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment.
- Assists in tracking and filing of work orders.
- Assists with the placement of parts orders based on shop requests or inventory reorders.
- Assists with the stocking and tracking of parts.
- Performs other clerical functions as assigned.
Minimum Requirements :
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least one year of general clerical experience.
- At least one year of MS Office experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in work order processing.
