Job Title: Business Analyst Six Sigma Location: Kansas City, MO Duration: Contract

QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstratable Six Sigma Expert experience with a Black Belt Certification.
Practical experience with Six Sigma concepts. Be able to identify areas of waste, process time, lead time and be able to identify areas for automation, and elimination.
C-Level Presentation Experience.
Recognized as a SME in systems supported.
Experience in data and process modeling of business requirements and use of process modeling tools.
Knowledge of the systems development life cycle.
Exposure to client/server, web and/or mobile development.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple large projects.
Strong facilitation skills.
Experience using software applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
Business Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals and deliver tangible value to the organization. The role requires a combination of technical understanding, business acumen, and effective communication skills.
Nice to have experience working with data analytics tools , reports, and dashboards.
