**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment that requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and have excellent resource management skills.
**Duties:**
- Manage and coordinate office operations, including scheduling meetings and appointments and maintaining calendars
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting staff
- Assist with payroll processing, including reconciling employee hours with reports and reports
- Manage client relationships through accurate scheduling, transmittals, and invoicing
- Provide document quality assurance by reading for content and grammar; formatting with consistency, and publishing with accuracy
- Perform various administrative tasks, including transcriptions, data entry, and creating documents
- Ensure all office equipment and supplies are in good working condition and reorder as needed
- Develop and maintain an organized and clean office environment
