Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, self-reliant, and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with our internal accounting needs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheets and profit and loss (P&L) statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
