George Fox University's College of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Manager who is enthusiastic about assisting with the administrative clinical management of the CRNA program. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, clinical placements and compliance, data collection and analysis, and other administrative duties. This position is set to begin in July 2024. About The JobThe Clinical Manager will provide management, coordination, and implementation of administrative operations and compliance-related functions for the CRNA clinical program. The individual in this role will have detailed knowledge of complex systems, operations, processes, and policies related to compliance, credentialing, clinical onboarding, clinical contracts, accreditation, and state and federal regulations related to nursing education. This position will have significant autonomy and leadership regarding compliance, clinical placement management and process improvement.

Salary: $49000 - $71050 per year
Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Developing, implementing, and managing all health and safety compliance systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with OHA, OSBN, COA, CCNE, and clinical partners.
- Developing and managing credentialing processes and onboarding of students and faculty.
- Managing students' competency tracking records.
- Analyzing and resolving complex issues and developing process improvement.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of policies and processes related to the College of Nursing's clinical programs and services.
- Analyzing data and developing reports for clinical partners, state and national regulatory/accrediting bodies related to clinical compliance and clinical placement.
- Using multiple technical applications including word processing, database management, spreadsheets, graphics, presentation software, electronic calendars, email, etc.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects at the same time, and following through on issues in a timely manner.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and evaluating results of compliance documents.
- Maintaining accurate historical records of student and faculty clinical placement.
- Supporting day-to-day operations of the College of Nursing.
- Communicating effectively and courteously with others, including employees, students, and the public, in a spirit of teamwork, respect and customer service.
- By actions, words, and lifestyle, be a Christian role model to students, whether through casual contact or in a formal supervisory role.
- Demonstrating awareness, respect, and appreciation for diversity of culture, background, race, sex, political views, expressions of faith, etc. and works well with a variety of people.
- Other duties as assigned.
- The ability to work independently on projects and produce exemplary work.
- Minimum of five years of administrative operations or project management experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and express their Christian testimony in a church. In addition, employees agree to live in agreement with the Community Lifestyle Statement and affirm the theological commitments expressed in the Statement of Faith.
- Administrative operations experience in higher education.
- Clinical placement or credentialing experience.
- Hours Per Week: 40 hours (1.00 FTE)
- Primary Work Location: Portland Center Campus
- Working Conditions: Physical requirements are similar to those of normal office and clinical environments.
