About the Program:
The Inclusive Early Childhood Education program is comprised of collaborative faculty and staff who are dedicated to meeting the needs of the undergraduate and graduate ECE students served.
About the Position:
The Inclusive Early Childhood Education program is seeking a part-time Assistant Office Manager to work 10 hours per week, Monday-Thursday in Thompson Hall, Suite 1200.
Responsibilities:
The part-time Assistant Office Manager will support the program by completing the following tasks:
* Collaborate with the Academic and Administrative Coordinator daily on job tasks;
* Attend to the front desk, greet students and visitors;
* Data entry (e.g., updating supply inventory);
* Sort and organize mail;
* Adhere to the front office organization and maintenance;
* Run errands on campus;
* Scan, photocopy, and print;
* Create marketing materials;
* Attend marketing and student events;
* Learn about and prepared to talk/market the Inclusive ECE program at events and in the office;
* Monitor and reply to emails via program email account;
* Shred documents and handle recycling;
* Make room reservations for in-person events (e.g., faculty meetings); and
* Other duties as assigned.
