GEORGETOWN VETERINARY HOSPITAL is Hiring an Associate Veterinarian Near Washington, DC
Job Overview:
Are you an Associate Veterinarian who is tired of working for a corporation and having someone tell you how to practice? Come work with us! Georgetown Veterinary Hospital is family owned and has been serving the Georgetown and Washington DC community for over 65 years. We just recently moved into a beautiful new facility and seeking another full time Doctor to join our busy growing practice. You will be surrounded by a great support team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations and provide accurate diagnoses for various animals
- Develop and implement treatment plans for sick or injured animals
- Perform surgical procedures as needed
- Administer vaccinations and medications
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and treatment plans
- Maintain detailed records of patient care
Requirements:
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited institution
- State licensure to practice veterinary medicine
- DEA licensure

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
