Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Georgia Development Partners. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring project completion within budget and schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects as if they are a standalone business – approving vendor invoices and timecards, monitoring labor, equipment and materials costs, and reporting project financial status against budgets.
- Manage relationships with customers, owners, vendors and project field team.
- Manage project schedules with site superintendent and communication with customers.
- Negotiate, prepare and issue subcontract agreements, purchase orders and change orders.
- Compile, submit and manage submittals.
- Prepare monthly project billings and follow-up on collections.
