Program Reliability Manager Location - Redmond, WA (100% onsite)Duration - 6 monthsUS Citizens / green card holders only.
Whole system/product reliability models, analysis, and planning
- Support the Program Reliability team in PM and Dev technical program execution.
- Interface with customers and the various program teams to coordinate schedules and testing.
- Coordinate with the program Software and Hardware teams to actively manage development process milestones and detailed schedules toward Program Reliability goals.
- Actively track and manage execution status and dashboards.
- Provide ongoing status/progress updates (up and out) toward Reliability goals and requirements.
- Enable engineering velocity by building and operating how ground truth (images captured) are collected and labeled.
- Planning, capturing, labeling, and testing (hardware and software) of all needs from the various Client feature teams/stakeholders.
- Facilitate daily code support through integration investigations, resolutions, resolving build issues, driving fixes from key code owners, and supporting systems/services infrastructure.
- Document issues for further analysis by the business. Identify reoccurring or emerging issues and escalating to the appropriate channels.
- Creation and delivery of test result reports based on outcomes of testing activities.
