Position: Senior Project Manager, PMP - RSI revX

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Duration: 10 months

Rate: DOE ($50/hr - 55 on W2)

Requirements

• PMP Certification
• 5 years of experience managing IT projects
• Experience with large vendor-based system implementations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• Implementation of cloud-based electronic file and pay systems
• Managing customer-facing projects
• Experience with RSI’s revX system
• Change management and integration of waterfall and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of project management software and best practices

Knowledge of the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards – Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C.

Knowledge of ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management

Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Knowledge of Microfocus PPM

Knowledge of JIRA project management system

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the e File & Pay project
• Direct and manage project work, monitor and control project progress
• Define and manage project scope, requirements, and quality
• Develop schedules, estimate resources, and manage project timelines
• Plan and manage project communications and organizational change
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Florida IT Project Management and Oversight Standards
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer
