Description

Our client in Blackfoot, Idaho is in need of a family nurse practitioner to provide PRN coverage at their onsite employee health clinic. Pay is $90/hr, please see further details below -

• Position: Family Nurse Practitioner
• Position Type: 1099, Contract, PRN, Part Time
• Facility: Onsite Health Clinic for employees and their families
• Pay: $90/hr
• Current Coverage Needs: June 20, 24, 25, 27, 28 (opportunity to cover more shifts in the future once credentialed)
• Details: Basic Primary Care/Family Medicine, Ages 6 , EMR is Cerner, Medical Assistant as support staff
• Other: Travel & Lodging assistance available, Malpractice Insurance Coverage Provided, Media Lab Training Paid, Shadowing is paid, must be comfortable working autonomously, 

Requirements

• Active & Unencumbered Idaho Nurse Practitioner License
• Board Certification
• 2 years experience in family medicine/primary care as a nurse practitioner 
• BLS Certification
• Active DEA with Colorado Address
• Must be willing and able to provide coverage for future needs (at least 5 shifts/month)
