Office Hours: 7 days a week, Clinic open 8a-6p, Hours of work - 8a-8p

Hours Needing Coverage: 4 10's per week, varying schedule with alternating weekends

25 scheduled patients per day plus walk-ins

$90 per hour

Prefer local provider

Requirements

RI NP licensure

Clean Background and licensure

Able to commute to Cumberland, RI daily
