Job Summary

• Responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation & organization of all pots, pans, sheet trays & any item that is cleaned in the "pot room."

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Promotes sustainability within dining operations including implementation and maintenance of food pulping procedures.
• Works with management to ensure continued compliance with green seal initiatives.
• Washes mats and walls, mops floors, assists daily in trash removal, and maintenance of the back of house operation.
• Ensures the dish machine is properly cleaned throughout the shift.
• Properly cleans the cooking utensils and equipment. Restocks all washed items in appropriate area.
• No Remote Work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
