Job Title: Engineering Manager (Geotechnical Field)Job Overview: The Engineering Manager position oversees all engineering outputs, ensuring that the work we install is as sold and designed. Leads and manages the staff of engineers, drafters, and third-party consultants that design and produce engineered systems for ASAP. Reviews and signs and seal shop drawings and calculations for support of excavation systems (SOE), ground improvement, and foundation work. Responsible for ensuring all products coming out of Engineering are per the utmost construction and engineering industry standards. Develops the department strategy, goals, and measures and evaluates performance yearly. Duties:
