We are a boutique Executive Search firm with a national reach specializing in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries. This entry-level position will report to the President and will receive our proprietary, proven-to-work negotiating and sales training program, which will provide the foundation for future promotions in Recruiting and Project Management, to name a few. You will be exposed to and mentored in client development, negotiating high-level deals, and client management of some of the pharmaceutical industry’s most active companies. With our training and experiential programs, one can continue building their career here at Germer International (GI). We created this position not only to assist the President but also as a mentoring program to develop our employees for an eventual position in Executive Recruiting management.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail, a high energy level, a tremendous desire to learn, and a creative mindset for solving problems.
