Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of their biomedical division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in biomedical engineering, combined with exceptional managerial and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the biomedical division, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Supervise a team of biomedical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, including research and development, product manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Oversee equipment procurement, maintenance, and calibration, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated on advancements in biomedical technology and industry trends, and incorporate relevant innovations into operational strategies.
• Serve as a liaison between the biomedical division and other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, bioengineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in biomedical operations management
• Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment, systems, and technologies. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the biomedical industry (e.g., FDA regulations, ISO standards).
