Our client is looking for a Head of Finance who provides senior level financial leadership to ensure site goals are met in the most cost-effective manner. Directs all related activities of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directs the Finance Group to include establishment of goals consistent with strategy, attainment of goals, finance team development, and continuous improvement of business processes and costs
• Directs the development and preparation, of short-term and long-range plans, and budgets
• Directs the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial performance
• Directs the Accounting and Financial activities in accordance with Corporate, Division and Local policies, and all regulatory agencies
• Manages the treasury function, with demonstrated ability to manage cash flows, provide sufficient liquidity, and secure financing
• Provide required information and recommendations on cost control and other related topics to Local and Corporate Management for decision making and evaluation purposes
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling of capital expenditures
• Liaison with Company management to improve efficiencies of financial activities

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years related Manufacturing experience in accounting or Finance, including 5 years in a leadership role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
