Our growing pharmaceutical client is looking to add a Manager of Quality Control to their team. This professional is responsible for oversight of daily operations of our client’s chemistry laboratory.

Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily operations of the Chemistry laboratory
- Train and oversee laboratory supervisor and lead(s)
- Maintain compliance of all testing methods and technologies used within the Quality Control department
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement and personnel development within the Quality Control department
- Write and /or review Standard Operating Procedures
- Work with all departments for continuous improvement
- Aid in Customer Complaint Investigations/Deviations/CAPA and Audits as needed
- Hire and maintain Quality Control staffing needs
- Advise all departments as needed with technical laboratory information
- As the workload demand changes for the department, additional responsibilities may be required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
- 7 years of experience with US FDA and cGMP
