This position works within our operating hours : Monday to Thursday, 12 pm to 8 pm, Friday and Saturday from 12 pm to 10 pm, and Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm.

With a competitive hourly pay range of $27.00 / hr - $28.00 / hour , you will be fairly compensated for your hard work and dedication.

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, your role is pivotal in driving our success. You oversee both front- and back-of-house operations diligently.

Assuming leadership in the absence of the restaurant manager, you ensure smooth operation throughout the day. As a dedicated leader, you evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify potential promotions.

Collaborating closely with the head chef, you uphold kitchen systems and procedures. Managing shifts to maintain standards and preparing schedules for the front-of-house is key to the success of our restaurant.

Additionally, you meticulously plan and monitor manpower, preparing reports to optimize performance and adhere to budgetary constraints.

At the end of the day, you feel great knowing your hard work contributes to happy customers and employees alike.

• 2 years of previous experience as an assistant restaurant manager
• Experience working in a Filipino restaurant is a plus
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Knowledgeable with Excel and Microsoft word
