What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Gesmer Updegrove LLP?
Gesmer Updegrove LLP is actively seeking to hire a second to fifth year litigation associate to join its Boston litigation practice. The firm specializes in complex business litigation, employment matters, intellectual property disputes. The ideal candidate has at least two years of legal experience as well as strong research, writing and interpersonal skills, excellent judgment, and a commitment to client-centered legal work. The candidate must be enthusiastic about collaborating closely with a dedicated and passionate team of lawyers on active litigation matters. Courtroom experience is a plus.
Salary is commensurate with experience: $110-$145K base salary with the opportunity to earn substantial bonuses. Gesmer also offers a robust benefits package and hybrid work schedule.
