Key Responsibilities
- Ensure field safety regulations compliance by all personnel.
- Oversee all construction project phases.
- Play a critical role in project planning, budgeting, and identifying necessary resources.
- Manage communication between Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
- Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and hold regular status meetings with sub-teams.
- Develop progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
- Analyze project team status reports, address issues, and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with Superintendents to manage project scope changes and potential crises proactively.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction with roles such as surveyor, estimator, project coordinator, or project manager.
- Familiarity with field practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Project Management Software (e.g., P6).
