Qualifications
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools like Office 365, Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, AGTEK, Project Management, and Scheduling Software
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication (verbal and written), negotiation skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety practices
Responsibilities
  • Accurately estimate project costs and prepare bids for Highway & Bridge projects
  • Provide support during the preconstruction phase
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for accurate and competitive bids
  • Contribute to value engineering, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil engineering, or a related field, with 5 years of experience in construction cost estimation.
