- Minimum 5 years of prior experience as a Superintendent
- Comfortable overseeing the entire field operation of water/wastewater treatment construction sites
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent understanding of project drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
- Ability to lead craft labor and subcontractors effectively to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion
- Managing Heavy Civil projects
- Overseeing daily construction project operations.
- Ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and quality regulations
- Developing and maintaining project schedules
- Monitoring budgets and controlling costs
- Providing project progress updates to clients and project managers
- Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining construction site organization
- Ordering materials and scheduling necessary inspections
- Recruiting and training new employees effectively
- Compiling daily reports and managing time cards
